In January of 2024 I started working at Stanford University. The role is 100% remote with 3 team “residency” weeks through out the year where we meet and work together on campus.

On a recent trip to North Carolina, we stayed a night in Charlotte and discovered the Harvey B. Gantt Center for African-American Arts + Culture. 

Weekend trip to Phoenix and we stayed at The Camby Hotel in the Biltmore area. Did some shopping in Scottsdale, hung out in Tempe, and some nightlife in downtown Phoenix.

This year, DrupalCon was held in downtown Pittsburgh, PA at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. I spoke at my first official session, toured the exhibit hall, ate some good food at the ​⁠Lullabot party, and connected with some amazing people at the Black in Drupal Roundtable.

A quick staycation at Magnolia Hotel Houston for Danae’s birthday. We didn’t want to do much, just walk around downtown, maybe catch a happy hour, and spend some time together without our baby boy.
