Project process and structure on a Drupal 9 Web platform project

My role as the Technical Project Manager on the project required me to lead a globally distributed team of stakeholders, developers, designers, and architects from conception to completion, and during the webinar, I shared some of the ways I prepared for the journey and how we set up processes that allowed us to be successful.
