Chris Clay, the son of the late Roy L. Clay Sr. spoke at an event on campus where he talked about his father's journey and presented the book. 

Roy Clay Sr. was a pioneer in computer technology and an entrepreneur that helped shape what we now know as Silicon Valley.

He founded the first computer division at Hewlett Packard, founded his own technology consulting company and served as the first Black City Councilman in Palo Alto.
